Disclaimer
• By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read them entirely and carefully. I may refuse your commission if you do not agree to these conditions.
• If you do not agree with my Terms of Service or cannot adhere to them, please refrain from requesting a commission.
• Commissioned work is prohibited from being used as NFTs or in AI applications. Do not upload it to any AI sites, as this can compromise my artwork.

• Terms & Prices: Please read and understand these Terms of Service and the pricing structure on my website, which applies to personal use only.
• Attribution: You may display the completed artwork on external sites as long as visible credit is provided, linking back to me as the artist.
• Usage Restrictions: You may not claim the artwork as your own unless you've purchased full copyright rights. The artwork may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., avatars, wallpapers, personal profiles).
• No Modifications: Altering, tracing, or using the artwork as a base is not permitted without my approval.
• Harassment Policy: Attempts to negotiate or demand a commission slot through inappropriate comments or messages will lead to blacklisting. Respect that my art style cannot be modified or changed post-completion.
• Publishing Rights: I reserve the right to display the commissioned work in my portfolio or gallery. If you prefer a specific release date (e.g., for a birthday or anniversary) or temporary privacy, let me know in advance.
• Declining Commissions: I may decline any project if insufficient visual references (e.g., poses, style) are provided or if the subject matter includes themes I am uncomfortable with. Please read DO/DON'T in the description below.
• Cancellations: Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed. Ensure that the information provided is accurate, as mistakes on the form cannot be used to cancel the order.
• References: Detailed visual references are required. If these are incomplete, I may decline or refund your commission. This includes character design, costumes, poses, and mood. I DON'T DO CHARACTER DESIGN FROM SCRATCH.Payments
• Agreement must be made by both parties before payment. Please do not send payment before I have agreed to the commission. Early payment does not secure a commission slot.
• Please send your payment within 48 hours once the commission is agreed upon. If you are unable to make your payment within the 48 hours, please let me know in advance and payment timing can be adjusted.
• I will not start the commission until full payment is received.
• All additional commission fees or taxes will be charged to the client.
• I am not responsible for errors on your part during transactions.Revisions
• Prior to contacting for commission please be ready with image references of the character you would like to be commissioned. Written descriptions and real people will NOT be accepted.
• You can request limited revisions, such as anatomy, composition, or clothing adjustments, during the rough sketch or draft phase.
• The number of revisions allowed varies by order type (for example, color painting illustrations include up to three revisions).
• During the greyscale and rendering phase only minor revisions are allowed.
• Major changes to the pose or completely new concepts from the original request will not be accommodated.
• Once the rendering phase begins, or once the final artwork is approved, no major or minor revisions can be accepted.Deadlines And Delivery
• Turnaround time ranges from 10 days to 1 month per slot, depending on commission type, queue, personal circumstances, and workload.
• The timeframe begins upon payment of the invoice. I will inform you if I have a problem to finish it.
• Rush commissions or deadlines under 2 weeks are not accepted.Use

• Please DO NOT use my arts for commercial purposes except you already paid for the commercial fee first.Refunds
